Which Is The Best Consultant To Provide Work Permit(switzerland) In Chennai? I’m A Sw Engr & Want 2 Go Geneva?

Hello,
I’m a software engineer and want to go to switzerland for job for 2 years.
I work in telecom testing (networking and CRM).
So is there any consultancy in chennai to help me in getting a Work Permit for switzerland?
as i don’t want to go through Dependant Visa(My hubby is working in geneva), so i want to get a valid Work visa here itself.
Please help regarding this
