What Can I Do To This Damn Employer?
I am working in trading company and write programs for their needs. I am really fed up of their requests. During past three consecutive years I almost did everything for them and now I feel exhausted even simplest things become so tough for me. I developed/integrated things like their ERP, Microsoft CRM. I developed their payroll and SCM system from scratch. Now they have 170 employees. What should I do to them I am not happy with their request and need peace of mind at least for a month or two isn’t it my right to have such a break?

Did you do all this for free?
Were you working 7 days a week 24 hrs a day?
If you were compensated and the expectations were reasonable then
you have performed you duties as a graduate to standard.
If they took advantage of you and if your as good as you claim to be
then the problem is still yours.
Quit, take a hiatus and with your great credentials you should have no problem finding a job. Better yet sub contract under your own business and call your own shots.
Stop belly aching and do something.
You always have 3 options.
Change it
Conform to it
Get out of it
Generally, they won’t give you such a long break. Take a week vacation to a nice place and just rest. Then get back to work.
If you really really need a long break, tell them that they don’t have to pay you during that break. Tell them that your efficiency will be much greater after a break. They might not accept the request, but it’s worth a try.
If you are really suffering from mental exhaustion then get a doctor´s certificate and take the necessary time off. Don´t forget however, that as long as you are employed by somebody it is your obligation to do the best work that you can. If you are not happy with your situation then start looking for another.
You get paid to do this. What “right” do you feel they deprive you of? You have the right to leave, so quit.
You must have been a true joy as a child.
Edit: Douglas, what you suggest is not only immature but sets the poster up for financial liability plus punitive damages.
change the pasword.and make it very very hard to pull up.make it with a lot of letters and nunbers,plus code names.
Just wondering if you have worked there for that long wouldn’t you get some type of vacation or even paid sick days? Hope things work out for you!!!
