How To Apply For Uk Hsmp Tier1 Visa? What Are The Prerequisites?

Dear Experts,
I am a Indian Citizen, working as a SAP CRM Consultant since last 3 years of onsite experience. Recently I have returned from abroad and now would like apply for HSMP Tier1 visa in order to get a job in UK.
I have even qualified for UK HSMP points evaluation. But I don’t know how to apply for HSMP and I could maintain required funds (2800 pounds) in my personal bank account.
Can I Directly apply for Tier 1 visa? If so where can I apply for it.
What documnets should I prepare. Can I directly apply for the visa in Chennai UK embassy?
I request your suggestions to get a clear understanding on this process.

What File Server Setup Would You Recommend For My Small Business?

Firstly I am a bit clueless when it comes to computer networking, so baby steps answers would be greatly appreciated.
I run a small resourcing company consisting of 2 people, and looking to expand to 5-6 in the next year. We will all be using normal laptops or desktops running either Windows XP or Vista.
I am looking to purchase a file server that will do things like store all backups from each person’s computer, run a CRM system that will store critical customer data, store emails, etc. I really don’t know much about this and hoping you can point me in the right direction. I don’t know much about configuring routers, etc. I am not looking for the cheapest option – I just want something that will be robust, be well supported, and do the job (i.e. not too many headaches). Please can you recommend a good setup and maybe some possible solutions.

I want to design an open source software package that will be an all-inclusive job search tool. It would store employment information in a database to pull for resumes and applications. It would act like a CRM, except geared toward a job search. How should I refer to this software? Job search software? I want to have clear phrases that will best enable communication about the project.
Application will include:
* Database for previous employer info, job duties
* Tool to make resume template for easy insertion from database
* Job prospect storing tool (interactively download job postings like Quicken downloads bank transactions)

I am working in trading company and write programs for their needs. I am really fed up of their requests. During past three consecutive years I almost did everything for them and now I feel exhausted even simplest things become so tough for me. I developed/integrated things like their ERP, Microsoft CRM. I developed their payroll and SCM system from scratch. Now they have 170 employees. What should I do to them I am not happy with their request and need peace of mind at least for a month or two isn’t it my right to have such a break?
