What Do U Think About Shifting From A Sales In Software Services To A New Product In Crm?

Hi I have a good carrer in sales with software services and I have this new offer in software product sales which is new CRM like sales force.Can anybody guide me for my carrer.With recession hitting arround will it be a right move.Please please advice
