What File Server Setup Would You Recommend For My Small Business?

Firstly I am a bit clueless when it comes to computer networking, so baby steps answers would be greatly appreciated.
I run a small resourcing company consisting of 2 people, and looking to expand to 5-6 in the next year. We will all be using normal laptops or desktops running either Windows XP or Vista.

Advantage & Disadvantage Of Few Applications(email Server, Crm,dns,..etc) Running On 1 Server?

Advantages: Less harware, less cost, less power consumption…
Disadvantages: Low speed, If somebody hacks ur comp. then ur all servers will be in trouble at a time, maintenance is cumbersome…

What Is The Different Between Multi-server And Single Server Selection?

What is the different between multi-server and single-server selection? Is the use of cluster needed on each server in multi-server selection?
Its just for the small business that need 200 computer in the network run just small application for accounting marketing (CRM).
