I Need Open Source Software For It Problem Ticketing And Customer Data (preferebly Full Crm)?

It needs to be user friendly and have a easy to use front end, I’d prefer to have a full CRM package rather than just a ticketing system. I don’t mind if its web based as long as its secure.
