Would You Advise Sap For Me?

I am working in the BPO industry since the last three years supporting desktop & Isp processes. I am interested in SAP? Would you advice me to do it. Also let me know which module should I do? CRM or SD or some other?? Also if anyone can recommend any Institute in Hyderabad, India.

Goldmine is better if you have multiple people using the database and want to be able to sync. It also syncs better with Outlook. ACT is better if you are a single user.
