Try ACT! You can get it pretty inexpensively on ebay. However, SalesForce is one of my faves. There are lots more to choose from. These are the ones I really like.

    Hi, You should check out Salesforce.com. It has a gmail look and feel to it. Completely online, secure and fast. As a company too, those guys are highly reliable. I believe they’ve got 60,000 users worldwide – ranging from a small mom ‘n’ pop shop to a multi-billion dollar enterprises.
