there are a lot of CRM packages out there.. MSCRM is one of them.. although earlier versions are nothing more than glorified databases.. also they are resource intensive even on the clients. They may argue that they can use the webclient, but because of the images and graphics they show, it can be a pain to access using dial-up or accesing remotely.. Although I have to admit version 3 is promising, but still a it expensive.. If you want to try out if CRM is for you, try out freeware like sugarcrm or the demo version of MSCRM 3.0 .. ifit is really for you, other options would be PIVOTAL, Applix, and MSCRM
