im a software engg student and i have to simulate a working model of a software from a customers point of view in a shopping mall. Its a real time application website that i need to built. So my question is can anyone help me list down what are the things a customer would expect to make his shopping easily and — at the same time the shopping mall sales increase…I know its tricky ..but any help or suggestion is welcome..thanks!

4. Delivery tracking
5. Promo Offers
6. Gallery of all the Products and the categories which can induce customer to buy and can increase sales to the shopping mall.
7. Networking facility through website
8. User friendly Navigation with high usablity standard
9. Security
10. Forum should really help.
