Hi I Am Working In Consulting Firm Now I Want 2 Know Either Siebel Course Will Be Advantage 2 Me 2 Join As Crm

I don’t know what country you are in, but to start you will need to take the 3-week Core Consultant Course. Here are the details of this course:
The Core Consultant Course (Siebel 7.7) is a comprehensive, three-week program designed to provide participants with theoretical, hands-on, procedural, team, and simulation training.
The course provides students with an understanding of the Siebel eBusiness Application functionality and data model. It provides the necessary classroom training required to pass the Siebel Consultant Core Exam.
Participants learn how to perform the necessary tasks to implement and deploy Siebel eBusiness Applications including installation, data manipulation, server administration,
application configuration, business process automation and support for mobile clients.
Students are introduced to architectural concepts and the mechanisms that control access to data. Hands-on labs allow participants to create a custom Siebel application that meets a defined set of business requirements and perform an initial data load for the customized application.
A case study is conducted during the third week of the course. The case study provides participants with hands-on experience to prepare them for a successful Siebel application implementation in their first professional engagement. Students work on project teams to complete, deliver, and demonstrate a working Siebel Application deployment.

  1. Lobes says:

Siebel? they were purchased by Oracle as you might know.
Also why not focus on the new on demand concept which is gaining momentum?
I would focus my training on new trends such as those on demand products by Netsuite, Salesforce, Salesboom, Entellium, etc.
Siebel offers an on demand crm product as well, but it is hosted in IBM data centers and the it uses DB2, which means Oracle will not accept for long.
I would wait for oracle’s fusion for the larger customer.
