Do You Know What ‘crm’ Means (guess If You Need To)?

Is it ‘Customer relationship management’ OR cream?
Tell me what YOU think. If you have another word, tell me please. I don’t really think the ones above really mean that, because someone said that to me in a email, and I’m confused what it means…!

    Customer relationship management. Salesforce, ACT!, etc all provide a platform for businesses to keep in constant contact with their prospects and clients in a very organized fashion. VERY useful if you are a business person.

    idk, but at first i thought it was crime!lol it’s probably wrong though, i think its ‘Customer relationship management’ ? look it up on google or ask someone you know.
